As with in-home personal training and nutrition coaching, I first need to learn about you. Together we’ll discuss your current sleep and/or stress management practices, as well as what seems to be working and what doesn’t. I also need to develop an understanding of your current life demands and limitations, as well as what you’re ready, willing, and able to currently do.
Finally, I’ll provide several possible paths worthy of exploration and together we’ll decide which is right for you. And as with any working plan, we’ll continue to measure and refine it to suit your needs so you can not only feel good – but thrive.
